Esports Center Facility & Equipment
Embark on your gaming journey in our cutting-edge facility designed to provide an optimal gaming environment. Immerse yourself in the action with our high-performance gaming PCs featuring Alienware Aurora R12 specifications, coupled with the precision of 27” high-performance gaming monitors boasting a remarkable 240Hz refresh rate. We also offer FANATEC SIM Racing rigs, PS5 consoles, and streaming equipment to cater to the diverse gaming interests of our community.
Varsity Esports
Our Esports program is more than just a place to play, it fosters connections and contributes to personal growth. Become part of our Varsity team and compete in national leagues including NACE and the Big South Conference. Our diverse community lets you explore the competitive side of gaming while forming friendships with fellow students from diverse backgrounds and majors.

2024 Big South Champs – League of Legends
Our Esports teams earned several top finishes in the inaugural Big South Conference Esports Championship in March 2024, only months after the University launched our Esports program. The League of Legends team won the championship, with junior Mike Islas as MVP. Several of our other teams claimed top places: the Overwatch team won second place, the Valorant team took third, and the Rocket League team won fourth place.
